Email being sent to the wrong email address.
I am having 2 problems that may or may not be related. One is that a scanner is sending scans to the wrong email address even thought the address listed is correct. The email it should be being sent to is namenpm@company but instead it is being sent to name@company. The scanner is correctly sending the email as namenpm@company but the name@company is recieving it and not namenpm@company.
Another problem is where 2 users have different emails that are sharing the same inbox. When one email is sent to either user it goes to the same inbox and both can read each others emails. How would I solve this problem? The only common point is that one user used to use the same computer. Thank you for your help. |
