Outlook Mailbox Doubled everything
 

Hi,

I have a user that has double of everything in her mailbox except for Deleted Items and Inbox. She doesn’t recall doing anything to create these duplicates and they have appeared in the last week.

Here are the details:

windows xp sp3
outlook 2003 sp3
exchange 2007 Version: 08.03.0083.000
BES 4.1.6.22
blackberry curve

The main problem is accepted appointments are going into the new calendar which appears to now be the default. if i try to delete this i get the following message:

'Cannot delete this folder. right-click the folder and click properties to check your permissions to the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions'

her account is the owner but this doesn’t help.

i need to be able to set the old calendar etc to default and remove the duplicates.
