mail merge
Hi
I use outlook 2003 and I now know how to use mail merge via my contacts. I have put my contacts into catergories for example: friends however if I want to send a mail merge to them all can I do this but without them knowing what other friends I have sent it to... I.E. can I mail merge and BCC people in? I use this more and more for business and cannot disclose other clients to each other so for ease a mail merge is better as BCC on a standard e-mails means that there is no gurantee they get it as it could go into spam. please can you help and suggest anything? many thanks Jenny |
