Default Pop up box AFTER message sent

I would like two things to happen when I send an email to a particular recipient - I want to delay sending, and pop up a message that says "You have just sent to suchandsuch", so I can then go to Outbox and delete this message before it sends if need be.

I've set a rule to delay posting, now I just need another one to pop up a box.

Sounds straightforward enough, but there's no obvious option!

Thank you for any help!

Helen
