Outlook Category for same subject
Here is a scenario,
sometime its very hard to make rule for every single email which comes to outlook. lets say someone sends me an email, I manually categorize the email. And then after lot of replying and forwarding happens. How can I have those reply and forwarding email give a same category which I gave it to very first email automatically? Looking around to do for a long time. seems like this is my only hope. thanks in advance |

Hi hysamir;350600
Which version of outlook are you using???? Outlook 2010 has a "conversation mode" setting in the "view" menu. Otherwise create a rule using the "subject contains" option as the main filter and tell everyone in the mail to reply to your mail using "reply all", this will keep the subject the same moving all the mails to the same location. |
