Default Moving emails after being "archived"

We use Legato EmailXtender to shortcut/archive our emails. This process leaves the email header in Inbox for example and appends "(Archived)" to the Subject. How can we move these emails to a folder called "Archived" once its been processed, of all users? This way the folders only have the last 90 days emails.

thanks
