Outlook 2003 - Mail Merge Issue
Hi,
I am trying to do a mail merge in outlook. I need one merge to send a large group email and another to create labels for postage. When I select the contacts group I want, click merge and select merge to email, it wont respond at all. When I try to merge to new document or printer it says exporting contacts but then opens an empty word doc. It once said 'The handle is not valid' but didn't say it again. I have made sure everything is in the correct field in outlook and can export the contacts to excel but it wont use the merge tool properly with email or word. Any suggestions? I have word 2003 and outlook 2003. |
