Multiple access to the same account in Outlook
Hi,
I have recently set up and email account for two friends of mine. They both use the same email address and both access the same email account. Both have Outlook (One express and one 2007), they also both check their email on their mobile phones. Periodically they have trouble accessing their email. They get a pop up asking for the password (which is saved and is correct) but when ok is clicked the pop up comes back again. There is nothing wrong with the settings as they haven't changed. Is the problem occuring due to dual access to the account from more than one medium (mobile phone. laptop etc)? If so how can this be solved so it doesn't "lock out"? Thanks for your help
