MS outlook 2003 unable to read HTML mail from Notes
our company using Lotus Notes mail 6.5.
but i am using Ms outlook 2003 for my default mail. so whenever my colleagueA(same mail server as me, Lotus Notes) send me a mail in HTLM form, i will receive it as plain text. but another colleagueB (regional office using Microsoft mail server) using Ms outlook2007, he receive the same email but its HTML format. and i will receive it as HTML mail in my Hotmail acc as well. 1- how can i set my outlook 2003 to receive mail from Notes without MS outlook 2003 converting it to plain text. 2- does mail server make the different? please help me on this.
