Which version of Maximizer do you have
Depending on which version of Maximizer you may have a couple of choices. If you want to take contacts from Maximizer to Outlook on a once of basis, you can simply "export" the contacts to CSV format and the import into Outlook. More recent versions of Maximizer have Outlook Integration which allows 2-way synchronizing of Contacts between Maximizer and Outlook. If you let me know which version I should be able to be more specific for you.
