I installed outlook with exchage server connection but didn't mean to how can
I change this because when I start it up outlook message says can not connect
to exchange server then closes outlook down because \I can not enter a valide
exchange accounKevint and name

You can change your account configuration via the Mail applet in Control
Panel.
In your case, it might be best to start with a new mail profile. For details
