Outlook Not Responding when Fax received

For some of my users, Outlook goes to the Not Responding state as soon as a
fax is received in the users Inbox. This is not an issue related to the
users mailbox because I deleted\recreated the mailbox and the problem
persists. It is not affecting all users who fax through Outlook, only a few.
Is there any reason why Outlook would lock up? I am stuck and cant seem to
pinpoint the problem.

Never heard of it.
Of course you never mentioned what fax software you are using or how faxes
are being routed to Outlook. I'd start there.
