Default "The number cannot be dialed at present"

I am getting this message for every even fax. If I am sending 20 faxes, 10 of
them get this error. My guess is that after every sucsesful fax, the program
try to send a new fax but not waiting for the previous session to end. Can I
define some delay between faxes?

Windows XP Fax does not support sending to multiple recipients.

It is NOT the case. Each fax has its own email message in Outlook (and I can
see them now in the Sent items).

Believe what you want. I'm telling you what is.
In another thread you said you were using Windows XP Fax. It does not
support sending to multiple recipients. Instead it gives the error you
describe. This has nothing to do with Outlook.

I'm sorry you don't believe me. Outlook is sending many emails using the Fax
transport, hence many faxes are queued in the Outbox of the Fax console. So
the problem is with XP Fax?

Yes. None of the Microsoft Fax transports has supported sending to multiple
recipients. Instead they just error out with the message you are getting.
Unlike mail transports, Outlook is unaware of whether the fax transport has
succeeded or not, so it dutifully moves the fax message to the Sent Items
folder whether it succeeded or not.
