Default WEB PAGE ERROR DEBUG OR NOT

after running Ccleaner iam now getting this message which it wants to know if i want to debug or not i dont even want to get the message unless some of you knowledgable members think i should keep it

Take your entire system back to COMPUSA (good luck doing that!) and get a refund. Tell them you're too dense to use a computer.
