Prompts for password even though 'remember password' is checked
 

We have 1 user who's Outlook Express won't remember the password even though
the 'remember password' box is checked. This is a pop3 email account. I'm
assuming there's a registry key that needs to be deleted or changed, I just
don't know which one.
Any suggestions to solve this issue?
