word "message" appears on received email
 
strange problem.
the recieptant of our email on the first line gets the word 'message'. for
example, the received email will appear:

message Hi Bill,

any idea why this is happening?

In a new message Window:

Format select Rich Text (HTML)

Format Apply stationery select "No stationery" close the message.

word "message" appears on received email
 
If these are mail messages that originate from you, you are starting the
message in HTML format using a stationery called "message" and then while
preparing the message, you change it to Plain Text. This "drags" along the
info in the TITLE tag of your stationery and that info is "message." Find
that stationery and delete it or change your email settings to use Plain
Text.
