Default Sign In Problem with Internet Explorer

For the past few month's, when I open my computer in the AM, when I click on
internetexplorer, a pop-up appears and asks me to Sign In. Where did this
come from? Some days, I can't get into internetexplorer without either
walking away from the computer for awhile or staying there and continually
try to get into internetexplorer. Can you explain why all of a sudden,
after years of connecting with internetexplorer I now get this Sign In
feature?? I would appreciate hearing from you. Mary
