Default Pasting Newsgroup Addressees In The Newsgroup Header Box Into New Message

In OE one can paste newsgroup addresses from one message into a new one.

But this does not seem to be possible in WLM. The addresses are grayed-out.

Was this done to stymie bots picking up addresses?

Solution?

Thanks.
