Is it possible to create a second "local folders" for another email account.
I dont want to use email filtering with rules or identities
Is there any other way?

Put the account is another Identity.

Maybe you didn't notice that said he didn't want to use identities. But, I
wonder why he doesn't want to use them? It couldn't much simpler. My wife
and I use it and its a great way to keep them separate.

No, I didn't notice.
You can setup shortcuts to each Identity.

All POP3 accounts use the same local folders. The only way to get them
to use different folders is with identities or message rules.

IMAP and HTTP (Hotmail/MSN) accounts each get their own folders. That's
because the OE folders mirror the server folders.

Unless your mail service offers IMAP access in addition to POP3 access
you can't do what you want.

I create a new folder and then use a rule like this at the top of the list
of rules:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account
Move it to the fjsmjs folder
and Stop processing more rules
