Default How to import addressbook from Mozilla Thunderbird

Hi Jim,

Although I have not used Mozilla Thunderbird, it should be possible to
export the addresses as a *.csv file, then use this file when importing
addresses into OE or the Windows Address Book. If the process fails when
importing examine the *.csv file by opening it in Notepad. Compare the
format to an export of (other address book) or comma-separated values file
from OE's File menu (or from the Windows Address Book WAB). Make any
necessary changes and try importing again if the first attempt wasn't
successful.

A small example of a *.csv file used with OE can be found he
