Default Common OE account and identity for different users

Is there a way that OE can be configured such that one identity is usable by
different logged-in users on a Windows XP Pro SP2 machine?

OE is used only for the UseNet. The users have different roles but the
UseNet identity relates to the company so any of the users need to be able
to read/post messages.

IOW, can one OE profile be accessible to any user logging in on one machine?

Regards and thanks in anticipation.
