Default how to send A 'copy' of my 'unread' sent items?

With OE 6, on HP Media Center 2005, all updates,
After marking selected sent emails as unread, and then setting 'view' on
hide read messages,
I would like to make a photo image (like a PDF) of those that are left,
and send that on to an email recipient.
How do I accomplish this?

I edit a newsletter (I use Windows), and my computer graphics person
(uses Apple).
She verifies a list of what her email program shows that she received
from me as a photo of that window.
How can I send an image of what I have sent to her, showing in my
'sent' folder (after hiding read messages).

Sorry that I couldn't explain more succinctly.

Yes! Exactly...a screen shot.

This freeware tool makes taking a screen shot simple. Tap the Print Screen
button, click on Rectangle, select the area to save, and then Save it to a
folder of your choice.
