Message Text Formatting and Size
Outlook Express 6:
In the messages I create, font size appears normal (selected size) on the screen, but prints out in a much larger size. The settings are as follows: On the Tools menu, under Options, Compose tab, Font Settings: Compose Font selected is 10 pt Arial. In the New Message window, in the Format menu, Rich Text (HTML) is selected. When receiving a reply to my message, the printed reply portion prints in a smaller size than my own message, even though they should be the same point size . When I reply to their reply, my message again appears larger than the selected point size, with their message remaining in the selected size. How is this corrected? This problem appeared recently, even though we have been using OE for several years. Thank you. Mary Hustad |

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet Explorer.
For print size: IEViewText SizeMake adjustment. For margins: IEFilePage Setup. (Default setting is 0.75 all around). -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Mary Hustad" wrote in message ...
