Default Spam Email names into OE Mail Rules?

I am using WinXP Home Edition with IE6 Browser and Outlook Express.

I have over 400 spam email's for which I have extracted the names into a
text file list. I would like to put all these names into the Outlook
Express Mail Rules to have them deleted from the server, and not come to my
email box at all. Now the problem: How can I add all of these names into
the OE Rules at once, rather than one at a time?

Workaround:

Filter /in/ your messages, instead of filtering them out

Thanks for your input Pa Bear, but I do not find that it answers my question
which is quoted again here for convenience:

absolutely useless, every one of those names doesnt exist, was chosen once
at random by a mass mailer and is very unlikely to be used again

First you won't be able to get them all in one rule.
Second, you would have to convert these names into their hexidecimal
equivalents.
Third you would have to set these into the Criteria\Value with the
appropriate separator.
Fourth it would probably slow the incoming mail down so much it wouldn't be
worth it.
Filter IN you email would be better and PA Bear has already shown you a web
site that will show you how to do that.
