Default Changing Date on a Single *.dbx File

I have a somewhat unique problem in that I have a single email in a folder that
has an incorrect date. The month and day may be correct, but the year is 2006
and it should be 1998. I have tried using the SetFileDate utility and have been
unable to get the date changed. I can't seem to isolate that particular file in
the folder. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Drag and drop the message from the mail folder to the Desktop.
Open the eml file in Notepad, change the date.
Delete the old email from the mail folder then drag and drop the message
from the Desktop to the mail folder.
