You post from a WinXP SP2 machine (with no post-SP2 updates).

How did you "install IE and OE in a new computer," please?

Assuming you actually just installed WinXP SP2, what was your installation
source?

You need to call your ISP and see what password they have registered for your account.
You may have to prove to them who your are first, but they will either tell you existing password,
or let you choose a new one.
