Remove the Kasperasky tool bar from OE6
 

When I open OE 6 there is a tool bar just above the Ourlook Express bar with
buttons: "Spam Not Spam Configuration".

I have disabled Spam settings ini Kaspersky , have unchecked everything in
OE View, and have searched Kaspersky and OE Help for some way to remove this
bar...to no avail.

They all recommend open View then select the bar, etc etc...unfortunately
this bar is not listed anywhere in help or otherwise.

I would appreciate any info which will enable me to remove this unwanted,
unneeded bar.
