Rules
For some reason no matter what rules I create, news or e-mail, they are nto
saved. Any ideas what the problem is?

It could though be just the Rules Registry key causing the problem? Close OE. Reopen OE, a new "clean" (all rules will be lost), registry entry will be created!! Now try to create a new rule.
