Default PRINTOUT OF MAIL IS DIFFERENT FROM VIEWING PANE

Hi

I received the following message were there are some strange characters in the 1st and 2nd line. However when the message was printed out, these strange characters disappeared and the message was printed out correctly.

Email as received:

"When the ‘Slow Synchro’ option is set to ‘OFF’ and flash is used (indoors), the P and AV exposure modes will typically select a shutter speed of about 1/60 second and a wide aperture value(

Email as printed out: (Epson R220):

When the ' Slow Synchro' option is set to ' OFF ' and flash is used (indoors), the P and AV exposure modes will typically select a shutter speed of about 1/60 second and a wide aperture value(

Any idea what is going on.

These are the only emails were I see this aberration.

Problem sorted. Many thanks.
Changing from 'Western European (windows)' to 'Unicode (UTF-8) ' returned normal characters. Do you know what the difference is between the two?
