I frequently get the following message reported by Outlook Express 6

The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by your server

Configuration:
Account: news-text.blueyonder.co.uk
Server: news-text.blueyonder.co.uk
User name: *********
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0f

Can this be fixed?
