Here is a utility with instructions that you can use to convert the
Netscape/Eudora MBOX format mail files to OE4 MBX files:

You can then use one of the following two programs to convert the OE4
MBX files to EML files (one message per file). Then you can
drag-and-drop the EML files into open OE5+ mail folders.

Long story... but we have a spool file that we need to read - but no
linux server we can stuff it onto.
