OE6 is not a part of IE7. OE6 remains as it was, since IE6 is still in your
machine.

But I am really looking forward to the new "Windows Mail"
that'll be shipped with Vista.

When you finally get it, I hope you take better care of it than you do with
this machine. Go to Windows Updates. You are running a very old version of
OE and are vulnerable to corruption and loss of messages among other things.
