Default outlook express

Suddenly out of nothing my outlook express does not receive any email.
I have already reinstalled outlook express but no email comes in.
( i write this email at a frends PC)

Does someone have a suggestion what is wrong.

Pentium 4 XP sp2.

What happens when you try to receive email? Can you send email? Post any
error messages in their entirety

Did you contact your ISP/DSL/Cable company, or look at your provider's
webmail for your email using your browser through their website?
