You can't do that in OE.

The news server should not have 2 newsgroups that differ by case. There
should be just one newsgroup with all the messages.

Internet standard require that they not be case sensitive.

RFC 977 - Network News Transfer Protocol

2.3. Commands
Commands and command parameters are not case sensitive. That is, a
command or parameter word may be upper case, lower case, or any
mixture of upper and lower case.

3.2.1. GROUP
Note that the name of the newsgroup is not case-dependent. It must
otherwise match a newsgroup obtained from the LIST command or an
error will result.

The 'XP' group is listed first on certain news servers, and OE doesn't
show the latter newsgroup in the list because it isn't case sensitive.
This isn't a problem on most other news servers either because the
uppercase group isn't carried, or if it is, the lowercase group comes
first on the list, and so OE shows that one and not the other.
