Default Default picture viewer

Some how Photoshop Elements got set as the default photo viewer, so whenever
click on a picture in an email, Photoshop opens. This is a problem because I
am limping along with bare minimum required memory (darn you Dell and your
expensive RDRAM!) So viewing a picture takes for ever.

How can I change the default viewer back to the Microsoft Picture Viewer?

Default Default picture viewer

Save a picture to your HDD. Right click on it | Open With | Choose Program.
Choose the program you want and then check the box: Always use this program
to open this kind of file.
