not able to identify the attachment
hi,
In my Pc i am usig win98se with office XP with proper update an d having norton antivirus corporate edition (clint) edition. In microsoft outlook in 10 % case i am not able to identify the file type in the in comming mail attachment. what can i do , is there prob. with the software setting ?
