My block sender list is growing bigger & bigger yet it seems I continue to
get more unwanted e-mail. What can I do to eliminate these pesky unsolicited
e-mails? And can I delete the block senders list since it is so long?

You can use message rules to block some clear spam. See
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#9 Block senders doesn't help much, as the sender
is usually faked.
