....just kidding :-)

Spell-checker is available in OE after you've installed, for example, MS
Word.
i.e. it is part of Word.

Have used the one below with OE and works fine

The below link appears to be the same file (same icon at least) but
much larger file ( 2.28 MB == spell.exe ). Have not used thism one.

OE does not come with a spelling checker. It uses the spelling checker from
any Office program that has one. Do you have such a program?

If not you could try one of these:

Free spellchecker.
