Spell Checker Not Functioning ...
 

Is there a way to get my "Spell Checker" working again? Every time I click
on it to check spelling before I send an e-mail, I get the error message,
"AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED".

Any suggestions?? (please reply in this newsgroup).

Outlook Express does not have a spell checker. If Microsoft Word is
installed, OE uses Word's spell checker. There are also many spell
checking programs available that integrate nicely with OE.

OE does not come with a spelling checker. It uses the spelling checker from
any Office program that has one. Do you have such a program?

If not you could try one of these:

Free spellchecker.
which I use on my laptop, which has Works.

And here's a freeware that checks your spelling as you type:
