Error code 0x800CCC79

Receive this error code when sending some e-mails. Have tried the solution
in a previous post: (Checking the box: "MY SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENICATION" )
with no luck. HELP!!!! THANKS.

Error code 0x800CCC79

The entire error message would be needed for anyone to even venture a guess.
Include your server, Windows version, and your OE version, found in OE |
Help | About, and scroll down to msoe.dll.
