Is there a way to configure smtp and pop email settings in Outlook Express 6
using either Hotmail or Yahoo setting? Please bear with me as I'm not really sure if this is the correct way to phrase this question. I would like to use Outlook Express (or Outlook) as my email program but prefer OE because of their newsgroups. I had Road Runner cable in the past but now I'm at a loss how to configure OE without those Road Runner's smtp and pop settings. I have AOL also but rarely use it. Thank you. -- Lee Lord |

If you want to use Outlook Express to access your Hotmail account, you must
have an MSN subscription. For more information, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://upgrade.msn.com Hotmail Plus Information: http://join.msn.com/?page=hotmail/es...D=1983&DI=1402 See this about reading Hotmail in OE: http://email.about.com/od/outlookexp...s/wt041202.htm I don't have the information for Yahoo. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Lee Lord" wrote in message ...
