Folder options control panel????????
I am recently unable to open attachments getting a message saying "there is
no folder associated with this file" see Folder options control panel. I never had this before. Can anyone please help??? Thank you

That means that Windows doesn't know what program to use to open that
type of file you have received as an attachment What type of file is it?
