Contacts don't show up
I am using a laptop running on windows XP home edition. I use OE to
send and receive email. Recently, I find a problem when I try to create a new mail. When I click the button "To", in the select receipt window, I select "Main Identity's contacts", nobody show up. but I can find contacts when I click the find button. Any help is appreaciate. |

How many contacts are in your Address Book? If you have more than 999, the

Thanks for your promptly reply. I am not sure the exactly number, but I am sure not more than 200. How many contacts are in the group? Try opening your address book by using
the Start/Run line and type: WAB /a That will open the address book so that all identies contacts are visible. Then open the group and see how many contacts are listed there. Is MS Office and/or MS Outlook also installed?

Thanks for your response. There are only 3 people in the group. I have tried the WAB command, still can't not see the contact list. But I think all the contacts should be in the address book because when I try to add one of my friend into the address book, the system told me that he has already in the addressbook.
