When I email photo(s) in jpg format files, the recipient's complains that as
their email is downloading, they get multiple emails, one right after the
other, all with the same name. The subject line in each email looks like
this. SUBJECT NAME 674.jpg [1/3] SUBJECT NAME 674.jpg [2/3] SUBJECT NAME
674.jpg [3/3].
Then the email collapses into one email.

When they open the email it is unreadable. Then when they delete it, the
delete folder shows multiple files have been deleted. SUBJECT NAME 674.jpg
[1/3] SUBJECT NAME 674.jpg [2/3] SUBJECT NAME 674.jpg [3/3].
Then the email collapses into one email.

I have Windows 2000 Pro. I have updated Panda Antivirus, done a complete
scan of my system which shows no problems. After all of this, I have
rebooted but I'm still getting multiple jpg files being blocked.

I am using FIREFOX rather than Internet Explorer. I don't know if that
could be the problem.

Note: Outlook Express is the only email program that causes this problem. I
am able to send jpg photos without a problem from Thunderbird, My IPS's web
site and from Yahoo mail.

Thanks

Richard,

You know those PITAs that just go around clicking Reply Group with no
message, just to annoy everyone? Well, you just replied to one instead of
the OP with the problem. w

Well, perhaps the OP will read and tell us how big the photo was. Some ISP's do restrict the size
of email.
