Default search function does not find BCC recipients

When I do a search of my SENT folder for people I've sent emails to, it
doesn't find them if they were sent as BCC recipients. What is the solution
to search for people I've sent emails to as BCC recipients?

Search can be used for this. Your only alternative is to check the
Properties (CTRL+F3) of each Sent message.

Correction: "Search /cannot/ be used for this..."

So if you want to see which BCC emails "john Brown" received last year, then
it's not possible without going thru each one and eyeballing the header!?

Create an new (empty) subdirectory somewhere.
Drag all the messages you want to search to it.
Search those messages as text.
You may still have an encoding problem to deal with
but this at least allows you to see the headers
after one operation, e.g. in a cmd window:

findstr /i "^bcc:" *.eml bcc.txt
notepad bcc.txt

Good luck
