Take one table spoon of corn starch. Sprinkle the cornstarch on the
hair and scalp. Wait for some time. Brush it out. It will remove a lot
of dirt and oil from the hair. Finely ground oatmeal can also be used
in the same way.

Take half cup of cornmeal or any other fine flour. Also take half cup
of almond meal and Orris root powder. Put all the three in a glass jar
and shake well. Take two teaspoon of the mixture and sprinkle it on
the hair. Leave for one hour. Then brush it out. The mixture goes out
of the hair easily and cleans it well too. This mixture can be stored
for a long time in an airtight container.

Take half cup of cornmeal and one table spoon salt. Put it in a shaker
and mix well. Dust it on the hair and wait for some time. Brush the
hair well. It will remove oil and dirt from the hair and make it
glowing.

Take one or two egg whites. Beat well until they break and reach the
consistency of meringues. Massage into the hair. Let it remain on the
hair to dry well. When it dried completely brush out the mixture from
the hair. This mixture is a dry shampoo as well as a protein treatment
for hair.
