Default Outlook express asks to compress


I have just bought a new PC. OS is Window XP. And the version of Outlook
express is 6. Why it always ask me to compress email. Even when I just switch
on the pc and OE not yet opened. Please help. Anywhere I can choose for not
asking me to compress?
