OE and Hotmail: Authorization Error
Where do I find the User Authentication section ?

Although you might want to recheck that your settings are all in agreement with the following: In Internet Explorer (not Outlook Express), click on the Tools/Internet Options/Security, and click on the appropriate zone from above (Internet or Restricted). Click on Custom, and scroll all the way down to the bottom (User Authentication). If OE is set to use the Internet Zone, then the User Authentication section should say "Automatic logon only in Intranet zone".
