Migrate from Outlook express or Windows Live Mail into MS Outlook
 

Hi,
What are the steps to migrate all information contained within my Outlook
Express or Windows Live mail for MS Outlook 2007? I migrated from my old PC
with Windows XP with Outlook Express to a new PC with Windows 7 and MS
Outlook 2007.
