Hi,
I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 from 2003. I used to print a tri-fold calendar every week, with the weekly schedule on the left, TaskPad in the middle, and a monthly calendar on the right. With 2007, the monthly calendar on the right does not include any times for meetings. I have even reduced the font size to 2 and it still doesn't help. Also, is there a way to remove/combine weekend days like in 2003? At this point, in both the weekly and monthly trifold print, they are included. In 2003, they would be included in a single/combined box. Any help greatly appreciated! AT |

Times can be included only when there's enough screen real estate to show them. Calendar printing is bad enough in Outlook 2007 that Microsoft produced a "Calendar Printing Assistant" to cope with some of the deficiencies. There are Word templates that can be used as well. Thanks for the reply, Brian.
I have reduced the font to 2, and it still does not show the times in the monthly calendar view, although at 2 font, it shows the entire entry. I think is has something to do with the weekends showing up on the monthly view. I checked the option to not print weekends, but it doesn't seem to matter in the trifold view. I tried the calendar printing assistant, but it was no help. Without the ability to modify their templates, it was useless. Any other suggestions? I am so frustrated that I am considering downgrading back to 2003. Thanks for the reply, Brian.
I reduced the font size to 2, but that didn't work. The whole appt showed up, but it was centered and still contained no appt times. Certainly, there was enought space at 2 font size to include the appt times. Can the trifold template be modified? I have a hard time believing that 2007 has such less printing functionality that 2003! Had I know this, I would not have upgraded... Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated...
